Module 1: Any success starts with the right foundations to build on and it’s EXACTLY the same for business too! We discuss your business vision and mission, what it is, why it is important and how to write your vision and mission statement. This sets you up for all other business functions, keeps you on track and focused and takes your ideas and turns them into tangible statements ready for action!  

Module 2: Every business must correctly identify their target market, otherwise all of your marketing will fail. By identifying your correct target market and ideal customer avatar you can generate more leads, get more customers and make more sales - which we all want right!? In this module we also learn various frameworks to better understand your customers so that you can better serve them and which segments will provide the most profits.

Module 3:  Do you know what unique value your product or service provides your customers? Why is it attractive to your future customers and how do you stand out from your competition? This module covers everything about the value your product or service brings that will connect your messaging, what is unique to your business and it will be used later on in your marketing!  

Module 4: How do your customers find you to buy your product or services? Your channels are a critical path to making it EASY and CLEAR for your customers to say YES. Your channels define how you communicate with and reach your customer segments to deliver your value proposition as well as the experience your customers have. What are the various channels you need for each customer segment and product line? How do you deliver the value proposition? Your communication, distribution, and sales channels include your business interface with customers. Your channels are your customer’s point of interaction that plays a vital role in the customer experience.

Module 5:  You have a vision - check! You have your ideal markets and you know your customers -check! You know the value you are delivering and the channels on HOW to do that - CHECK & CHECK! Now it's time for market visibility! AKA MARKETING 101!

Module 6 - Key partners  In this module we identify the relationships your business requires to ensure your business model will work. This could be the relationships that your business has with manufacturers, suppliers, business partners and key members. The power is in the TEAM.

Module 7 - Your business growth and success is based on the activities and actions you do. These key activities include the most vital tasks a business must carry out to fulfill its purpose and deliver the products and services to its customers. These will differ based on the type of business you run, but all of this is covered in this module! Key activities are the most vital tasks a company must carry out in order to fulfill its business purpose.

Module 8 - Key resources  Key resources describe what your business requires to run and make this business model work for profitability and sustainability. Resources are key to offering the value, reaching your target markets, maintaining relationships with customers and earning profits.

Module 9 - Money money money! Where will it come from in your business and by how much! This module is all about money made simple. We look at pricing techniques for your product or service, various channels of revenue and diversifying revenue streams to build power in your sustainable business. This module is CRUCIAL for any business success, and later we will use this section to compare to your business costs to work out your profits.

Module 10 - Finances are not an area to miss in business! You MUST know your numbers in and out to determine the boundaries of sales and profit margins for your products and services.In this module we will walk through how to find the total cost of producing your product or service and then we refer back to module 9 to determine the profit margins and estimated profits if you sell ‘X’ units. But don’t worry I will also go through ALL of the lingo!

Module 11 - So now you have all of the business knowledge - but it will be useless, unless you know how to apply it effectively! Business takes perseverance, determination and a lot of grit. In this module I share awesome productivity hacks and how to change your mindset to success!
